Minimum Requirements
An A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years in an IT administrator role
Administering Microsoft Active Directory
Installing desktop operating systems
Installing and supporting Office 365 Applications
Experience with ticketing systems and work scheduling
On Key experience is advantegous
Duties & Responsibilities
Administers the service request queue and IT mailbox
Assists with remediating desktop security threats
Resolves service requests according to SLA
Managing issuing and return of work orders
Creates/amends/deletes user accounts in all systems
