    Proposal Content & Design Administrator

    • The Proposal Content & Design Administrator will ensure all proposal outputs meet Pragma’s brand, formatting, and compliance standards. You will apply best practices in design, layout, and UX/UI to elevate the visual and communicative impact of all bids.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Communications, Graphic design, etc.)
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in proposal graphics, document design, or marketing support.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or proposal automation tools.
    • Eye for detail and deep understanding of layout, accessibility, and visual storytelling

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Proposal Design & Branding

    • Create visually compelling and on-brand proposal documents, presentations, and annexures.
    • Apply UX and design principles to enhance readability, engagement, and differentiation.
    • Collaborate with marketing to maintain brand standards and collateral libraries.

    Content Optimization

    • Maintain a library of approved content blocks, infographics, bios, org charts, and case studies.
    • Refine and repackage SME inputs into client-centric language and visuals.

    Compliance & Quality Control

    • Ensure proposals meet RFx compliance criteria and formatting requirements.
    • Conduct final formatting, proofreading, and submission-readiness checks.

    Minimum Requirements

    • The Bid Office Manager will lead the establishment and execution of a lean, strategically focused Bid Office. The Bid Office Manager is pivotal in ensuring Pragma's sales teams are freed up to generate and close high-quality leads, while delivering best-in-class proposals and streamlining processes.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Bachelor's, BCom, etc.)
    • A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in bid management, pre-sales operations, or sales enablement.
    • A minimum of 7+ years’ experience with enterprise sales, B2B software/services, and automation tools.
    • Experience in enabling and managing partner or reseller networks in a sales or bid context is highly advantageous.
    • A Proven track record of leading lean, high-impact bid teams.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead the Bid Office function, ensuring alignment with business growth, sales enablement, and proposal excellence objectives.
    • Design and implement scalable, efficient bid processes and automation workflows that enable rapid growth.
    • Drive continuous improvement across bid operations, toolsets, and collateral development.

    Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

    • Partner with Sales, Strategic Solutions Architects, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to deliver integrated bid responses.
    • Facilitate governance and alignment across Solution Groups to support structured pricing and coherent value propositions.
    • Manage and coordinate proposal contributions from channel and reseller partners who sell Pragma’s solutions on our behalf.

    • Champion the adoption of AI-driven sales and proposal tools to automate and optimise workflows.

    Project Engineer

    • As a Project Engineer implementing the On Key EAM system, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries, applying your expertise to help clients optimize their asset management processes. You’ll play a key role in transforming how organizations manage their assets, from maintenance operations to real-time asset tracking.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (B Eng Degree, B Tech Degree, or an N Diploma). 
    • A minimum of 1 years experience in EAM/CMMS system implementation.
    • Experience with On Key or similar platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM) will be advantageous but is not needed.   
    • Experience with SQL databases, reporting tools such as Qlic and SSRS, API integration, and other system connectivity methods will be advantageous.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Participate in the implementation of the On Key EAM system across client sites or internal operations.    
    • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and configure the EAM system accordingly.
