IT and Systems Administrator at Zoom Fibre

Purpose of the Role

To maintain systems (such as CRM and Marketing tools, Network Management Systems, GIS tools and platforms, ticketing platforms, order fulfilment platforms, payroll and ERP related systems) by ensuring functionality is as intended and up to date.

Assist with day-to-day desktop support, user-provisioning and day-to-day IT Infrastructure support. Data integrity is always upheld, and systems are regularly audited from a user and role management perspective.

Providing support to the business and performing the required routine administrative functions on the systems as defined by the departmental SOPs and support processes. Effectively managing vendor relationships in relation to currently utilized platforms.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Matric
• Qualification in systems-related field (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on Excel)
• Experience with Desktop Support (required)
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (required)
• Experience with Database technologies, telephone management systems, CRM systems and other operational and business support systems (advantageous)
• 1+ years general work experience
• Telecom industry experience (advantageous)
