IT Business Analyst Internship at The Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa (USAASA)

Key Purpose 
To analyse, design and document business processes for different business units. 

• Assess and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams based on the used cases. Work with cross-functional teams/business units to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Matric
• National Diploma or a Degree in IT, ITIL certification would be an advantage 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. 
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies to build and support business cases. 
• Skills to perform gap analysis between the current and desired states to identify improvements opportunities.
