IT Business Analysts at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd

JOB SUMMARY 
IT Business Analysts will be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analysing data to inform business decisions and finding technological solutions to business needs. Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, risk assessments, prototypes, writes proposals, creates functional requirements for new applications, among other duties. The person should have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comprehensive documentation of Test Plans and coordination of testing effort and document implementation plan and ensure successful implementation;
• Producing reports on application development and implementation;
• Monitor all phases of project such as managing all requirements and perform analysis;
• Analyse client requirement and prepare require documents for business processes;
• Analyse business processes and provide consultation for functional requirement of processes;
• Coordinate with functional departments and end users, analyse requirements and prepare necessary documents and diagrams;
• Monitor complex projects and prepare cost effective business cases;
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various complex ideas and prepare visual and written interpretations for business projects;
• Coordinate with IT team develop schedule and deadlines according to project requirement;
• Maintain and update documents for system and business processes;
• Analyse process and system and recommend improvements in same
• Identifies and examines business needs and determines timely and effective solutions to business functions and processes;
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth;
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services;
• Design training materials and prepare technical documents;
• Monitor all resource requirements and ensure appropriate support;
• Manage customer inquiries and all developer issues and provide resolution; 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric
• B Com/Bsc Degree
• Business Analysis courses

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• +3 years of writing software specifications
• Product Analysis experience
• Data testing experience
• Participation on communities of practice for Business Process Architecture
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Experience interfacing with technology leadership as well as the business client.
• Ability to conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations
• Proficiency with MS Office
