IT Business Process Analyst at Salt South Africa

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze, map, and document both current and future business processes.
• Lead interactive workshops to gather and define business and system requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and refine solutions.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications and technical documents.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of Business or Process Analysis experience across industries.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling tools and project management frameworks.
• Background in ERP systems or knowledge of retail and supply chain processes is a bonus.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and leading workshops.
