Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT coordination or similar roles
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and business apps
Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools
Skilled in providing technical support
Strong project management and leadership skills
Experience managing vendors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience:
Experience with change management and process improvement
Knowledge of IT security best practices
Familiarity with outsourced IT services in similar-sized organizations
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
Experience with BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau
FMCG experience is a bonus.
Duties and Responsibility:
IT Support: Act as the first contact for IT issues, providing troubleshooting and escalating complex problems as needed. Maintain the help desk system and create user documentation.
Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain BI reports, ensure data accuracy, and train users to access and interpret reports.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with IT, software, and printer vendors, monitor SLA compliance, and manage vendor relationships and invoices.
Project Management: Lead technology initiatives, coordinate system upgrades, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks.
Business Operations Support: Collaborate with operations to identify technology-driven process improvements, gather requirements, and train users on new systems.
