Purpose Statement
To receive, process and coordinate all new IT hardware and software requests for all non-branch users within Capitec Bank.
Experience
Min:
2 – 3 years related experience in resource coordination, including travel and logistical arrangements
Ideal:
2 years technical related experience (product knowledge)
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Min:
Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
Ideal:
Understanding and knowledge of IT equipment and hardware systems
Knowledge of project management methodologies and concepts
Coordination of logistical / travel arrangements
