Participate in an internship programme in order to maximise individual and organisational development, through designing and automating business processes, using robotics and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Comply to internship programme requirements and prioritise own development in accordance with organisational requirements.
Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive admin service through the correct interpretation and application of procedures to optimise delivery.
Utilise a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents and maintain associated records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive administrative service through the correct interpretation and application of procedures.
Generate a variety of documents and where necessary produce reports according to set standards and prescribed guidelines.
Install, configure, upgrade, administer, monitor, and maintain software and hardware, in support of business processing requirements.
Accountable for own work quality, standards and outputs related to policies, procedures, and defined processes.
Proactively identify problems, apply known solutions, and escalate more difficult problems.
Plan for task execution and adjust priorities against an established plan.
Minimum Experience
1 - 2 years' experience in a similar environment
Java / Python Programming
Microsoft Azure exposure is advantageous
Machine learning (Automation)
Robotics exposure is advantageous
Data Analytics Background
Minumum Qualifications
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) [NQF Level 04] in Information Technology and Computer Sciences
Bsc in Computer Sciences, Data sciences or Machine Learning
