Minimum Requirements    

Position 1: Junior Business Analyst Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you're not just a player; you're a maestro orchestrating key support, extracting maximum value from our digital platforms, and guiding the business through new projects and system enhancements.

Exposure includes:

• Providing key support to the business and extracting maximum value from the information technology platform, specifically its ERP and best of breed systems.
• Provide support and assist in implementing new projects and system enhancements.
• Assist in improving and streamlining business processes and preparing business process documentation.
• Working with the Applications Manager and Business to identify IT solutions.
• Participating in system auditing and developing specialist knowledge of key platforms

Position 2: Data Analyst

The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll extract value from key insights, focusing on tasks under the guidance of senior data analysts, all in support of enabling our Insights Driven Organisation.

Exposure includes:

• Working with the business to identify analytics requirements and use cases.
• Driving Data Collection, Transformation, Modeling, and Visualization.
• Developing specialist knowledge of Microsoft BI tools and platforms.
• Taking ownership of tasks and activities, including end-user training.
