Technical Skills and Requirements:

• Have a successful track of managing IAM engineering operations with proven history of designing and developing IAM projects.
• A solid understanding of IAM concepts and principles
• Knowledge of key IAM standards
• Knowledge on Active Directory and Zero Trust access architectural principles
• Through knowledge of identity administration across different Operating Systems (e.g. Linux, AIX, Windows, etc.), Data bases (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.), and Applications
• Proficiency in technical report writing and presentation
• Processing big data using tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI

Work Experience

• A minimum of 3 years working experience within the IAM domain
• Proven track record of IAM operations, its service delivery and understanding of business processes related to IT change management.
• Experience and exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) principles
• Experience with IAM principles
• Experience in Programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript and SQL)
• Experience in APIs within the IAM context

What you will need:

• Qualifications in the following fields of study (Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology/Science, and Software Development) will be advantageous
• Accreditations in one or more of these will be advantageous (Security+, MCSA, Network+ etc.)
• SailPoint, Savyint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar product certifications or hands-on experience 
• 3- 5 years' experience in a similar role
