IT Support Agent at Black Bean Solutions

Black Bean is a growing IT company based in Cape Town and we are expanding our operations into Johannesburg in 2020. We are looking for motivated, energetic IT Support Agents to start up our Joburg team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must live in Johannesburg
• Must have a driver's license
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT technical support in an IT company
• Brilliant customer relation skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication (English)
• Well presented, professional and confident
• Team player
• Eager to learn and grow within a new and expanding company
• Must be organised and diligent, ability to manage yourself is key
• Must be able to provide 2nd and 3rd tier support
• Must be able to work under pressure

JOB TASKS

• IT Technical Support (onsite and remote)
• Network Installation and Management
• Project Management for IT Projects

TECH KNOWLEDGE MUST-HAVES

• Advanced network setup & diagnostics
• Good understanding and experience with DHCP, DNS, Subnets, NAT, VPN and Remote Connections
• Email setups and protocols
• Thorough understandign of Windows platform, especially diagnositics and fault-finding
• Wireless networking
• Hardware diagnostics
• Windows Server
• Microsoft Exchange
• Active Directory

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working with ticketing software (Autotask)
• Sales experience
• Project management experience
• MAC OS Experience
• VoIP Experience
