WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
Handle 1st line support calls and log using call logging platform
Hardware support (desktop, laptop, printer and network support)
Assist with network administration duties
An understanding of :
- Desktop and Laptop Hardware
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office Application
- Corporate Antivirus Packages
- Networking Hardware
- Network Setup and Configuration
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
Std 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
Studying towards relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., A+ or N+).
Minimum 1 year IT support experience.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be well versed in business English.
Must be self-motivated and punctual.
Must be willing to adhere to strict procedures and controls
