IT Support Technician at Nurture Brands

Responsibilities: 

• Provide first and second-line IT support to all users (hardware, software, network, and mobile devices).
• Manage and resolve Helpdesk tickets within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain and support servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and firewall infrastructure.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
• Oversee daily backups and conduct routine system maintenance.
• Liaise with external service providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Create and maintain user-friendly IT guides and FAQs.
• Procure IT equipment and manage stock levels.

Requirements
What are we looking for:

• A+ and N+ (CompTIA), with MCSE highly advantageous.
• 3 – 4 years in an IT Helpdesk / Technical Support role, with exposure to both hardware and software support environments.
• Active Directory within a Hyper-V environment.
• OS Server Support (Microsoft Platforms)
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
