    IT Team Manager

    Job Description

    • Leads a team of IT resources, such as analysts, programmers, contract managers or support specialists, to support and deliver IT solutions.
    • Manages and grows resources in team.
    • Provides technical and solutions advice.
    • Consults on IT strategy and architecture from technical and business perspectives.

    The Human Capital IT Lead role manages a team of technical (product, process) specialist across a business area focusing on Workday and Payroll support, with some individual deliveries and is individually accountable for achieving results through others.

    • Overall accountability for the technical support of the Workday and Payroll solutions provided through an IT delivery team
    • Drive the technical roadmap and optimization of the Workday platform
    • Escalations
    • Capacity, Demand and Task Management
    • Execution of BAU and Change Demand as agreed with Product Owners and Senior Scrum Master
    • Input into Backlog and prioritization Stakeholder Meetings, Engagement and Management
    • Product Owner Meetings, Engagement and Management
    • Agile meetings and ceremonies
    • Workday Integrations including Payroll
    • Management Reporting and Trend Analysis
    • Workday Release engagement with Senior Scrum Master
    • Action Centre co-ordination & facilitation
    • Manages daily operational requirements pertaining to management (people, production, customer and finance) in addition the incumbent is responsible for technical deliveries relating to product(s) and processes that run across a business area. Responsible for technical deliveries
    • Responsible for team technical deliveries that require a high level of technical knowledge in related field to their own staff. Carries responsibility to deliver on operational projects within field of expertise Make decisions.
    • Forums and meetings with senior management. Builds and manages stakeholder relationships country-wide.
    • Co-ordinate, quality check, prepare and provide commentary with regards various reporting

    • Agile
    • Project Management
    • Lean
    • ITIL
    • Design Thinking
    • HCM, Payroll, Payroll Tax and Shares experience would be beneficial
    • Change Management
