IT & Telecom Help Desk Admin Desktop Technician
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Higher National Certificate , Matric , National Certificate
- Experience 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Ideal: IT Technician or IT Diploma or IT Support Engineer qualification (NQF Level 6)
- Relevant OEM Certifications, Relevant Hardware certification, Relevant MS Certifications
- 5 (five) years’ IT technical experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory Administration; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
- Microsoft Network Technology in a WAN and LAN and Computer environment
- Basic Apple Macintosh and client support.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Desktop Support Responsibilities
- User Access
- An IT and electronic Data Protection
- Installation and Support
- Service Provision
- Housekeeping.
