ITSM Administrator at Salt South Africa

• Our client is in need an ITSM Administrator who genuinely enjoys the puzzle of turning messy operational requirements into clean, scalable workflows. You’ll own the ITSM platform end-to-end – configuring, automating, integrating, and reporting on it – while partnering with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Change Management to make service delivery actually work the way it’s supposed to

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on ITSM administration (ServiceNow, HaloITSM, or similar)
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge across Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management
• Experience building workflow automation, approvals, and business rules
• Proven integration experience using REST APIs, OAuth2, and/or webhooks
• Strong reporting and analytics skills – you turn data into decisions
• Understanding of RBAC, security controls, and data governance
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent practical experience)
• Bonus: ServiceNow CSA/CAD, scripting skills, CMDB experience, M365/Azure AD integration exposure
