The successful candidate will be responsible for the full financial function of key responsible areas. He/she will support the business through the collection, processing, recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial data, verifying the validity, completeness, and accuracy of source documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile creditors' and debtors' accounts
Assist with budgeting & forecasting activities
Perform bank reconciliations
Compile and monitor cash flow forecasts
Prepare and submit tax documents in compliance with local regulations
Assist with external and internal audits
Generate financial analyses and reports as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
