Junior Accounts Administrator

• We are currently seeking a Junior Finance Administrator to join a well-established and reputable company within the Optical Industry, based in Sandton.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start or grow their career in finance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Advantageous: Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
• Beneficial: Previous experience on Pastel or any other Accounting software.
• Must have at least 1 - 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor the staff register on a weekly basis.
• Entering of supplier invoices on Pastel.
• Preforming reconciliations on Pastel Partner for Suppliers.
• Requesting statements and invoices from suppliers.
• Managing the Asset register.
