Junior Analyst at JLL

About the job

Gain experience through interactions with a team specializing in real estate transaction management. Work primarily in a support role on complex projects. Demonstrate analytical capabilities and comfort working with all colleagues to gain an in-depth understanding of JLL operations, strategy and services.

Analysis:

• Preparing detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows
• Evaluating client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis

Research:

• Gathering and evaluating real estate market and property data from independent sources as well as JLL Research team
• Researching companies, landlords, and potential subtenants
• Previewing stock opportunities, developing fact sheets and tour books, and gathering photos and floor plans

Client Interaction:

• Preparation and update of reports, presentations, analyses, and on-line systems
• Working with team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues
• Attending building tours with client and conference calls where necessary.

Transactions:

• Assist in preparing for and attending regular client meetings
• Reviewing lease documents and writing lease summaries and abstracts, and reviewing other materials as part of the due diligence process
• Leading preparation of annual reports and other presentations
