• Pike Law is looking to recruit a talented, ambitious newly qualified attorney to join its corporate and commercial practice based in Constantia. The role requires strong academics and experience in corporate and commercial law, municipal procurement, intellectual property and licensing as well as the resolution of disputes in those areas.

The candidate should therefore have the following competencies:

• Ability to review, assess and draft agreements and constitutional documents
• Support negotiations in a range of transactions
• Assist with the resolution of complex corporate and commercial disputes

In order to do this, the candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills
• An ability to establish robust relationships with clients
• The willingness to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate innovation, initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Diligent and strong attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree AND a post graduate LLB;
• Admission as an attorney;
• Availability to commence as soon as possible.
