Junior Audit Manager CA(SA) at Moore South Africa

Minimum Requirements

• Completion of SAICA Training contract – Audit & Assurance elective
• Excellent knowledge of the ISA’s
• Excellent knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS and IFRS for SME’s.
• Working knowledge of SAICA, IRBA and other applicable Professional Codes of Conduct
• Have played an active role in reviewing juniors’ work and providing on-the-job training
• Strong tax knowledge
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• Exposure to large private equity companies
• Experience auditing group companies

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring of the audit team on a day to day basis.
• Review and finalisation of the audit.
• Performing file reviews at planning and finalisation stages.
• Consulting with clients and dealing with their queries. Liaising with partner and SARS.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients. Maintaining a good level of knowledge about clients’ business activities and challenges.
• Prepare and agree the budget with the client for Assignments.
