Junior Buyer - Pinetown at Stratogo

Qualification:

• Matric
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
• Must be well organized and able to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be familiar with purchasing of cartons, pallets, labels, blister packaging, bottles, etc.
• Effective communicator, both oral and written.
• Proven track record with meeting KPI’s, along with strong vendor negotiation skillsets.
• Must have excellent computer skills- Word, Outlook, Excel,

Responsibilities:

• GRN Queries
• Placing RM orders from OA report SRF/BORDIC/SUPRATOV/PROSLIT/TROPIC PLASTICS
• Following up with orders – Consumables/RM
• Monthly report sent to George for purchases on Consumable and Inks.
• Arranging service for machines/compressors/fire extinguishes
• Placing orders for factory/BRC related
• Providing feedback to sales rep’s regarding RM
• Placing orders for Plates
• Consumable stock take capture
• Spar Banana Recon
• LDPE ordering
• Consumable Ordering
• supplier Contract Pricing
• Buy and Sell Ordering
