Junior Buyer at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders daily and manage relevant ordering systems.
• Complete procurement and warehouse procedures efficiently.
• Handle PO and sales queries, track deliveries, and communicate shipping updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain stock levels and manage risk for out-of-stock items.
• Assist with master data management, including product creation, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to forecast demand and support purchasing decisions.
• Maintain pricing and rental period information on ERP systems.
• Ensure website product information aligns with master data and pricing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Degree or diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
• Valid EC driver’s license and own transport.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
