• Previous experience in the insurance or motor industry (beneficial)

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

• Operating switchboard
• Data capturing

• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
• Own transport and license

Customer Service

• Answering of inbound calls.
• Assist customers through the claims process.
• Director call to relevant departments.
• Follow up on customer queries.

Administration

• Capture claims data onto the system.
• Assist the claims department with any queries.
• Load and verify payments.
• General administration.
