Junior Client Partner at Ignition Group

The role: 

We are looking for a motivated Junior Client Partner to provide marketing support to our marketing team as well as various internal business verticals.

You will be assisting these business units with various brand building and developments, as well as internal activations, social content and communication.

To ensure success as a Junior Client Partner, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer relationship management.

An outstanding Junior Client Partner will be someone whose customer-oriented initiatives contribute to optimized sales department performance.

The detail:

• Providing ongoing account support to marketing team and existing client base.

• Notifying clients of unforeseen delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions.

• Collaborating with the creative team to identify new opportunities and develop brand plans.

• Reporting to line manager as required.

We would love to hear from you if;

• You have a relevant diploma or degree in marketing, business, or similar

• You have previous experience in an agency environment (this would be highly advantageous!)

• You are proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• You have excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Great organizational and time-management skills.
