Job Description

• Supports the Cost Estimator in preparing cost estimates, pricing jobs, and coordinating production requirements. This is a junior role with a strong focus on learning and development within a production/print environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Diploma or relevant qualification (advantageous)
• Strong numerical ability
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word)
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Advantageous

• Exposure to costing / estimating
• Experience in production / manufacturing / print environment
• Experience with QuickEasy or similar system

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of cost estimates
• Support costing and pricing of jobs
• Capture and maintain job data and records
• Assist with supplier quotations and purchasing
• Liaise with internal teams (production, admin)
• Maintain accurate documentation and processes
