We're seeking a Junior Credit Controller / Debtors (Project July - December 2022) Tygervalley (Cape Town) To provide administration and general support to the accounts receivables team in order to optimize strategies for customer improvement and for effective business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• All procurement, suppliers, vendors, invoicing, purchase orders, account receivable etc. all done on the COUPA system
• Sending out electronic statements, invoices and credit notes
• Capturing incoming calls on the COUPA system
• Refer SAP changes to be made on SAP to Team Leader
• Transfer calls to Controllers for further resolution
• Scanning and filing documentation of customers to maintain the master data system
• Sending out electronic statements, invoices and credit notes

• Refer SAP changes to be made on SAP to Team Leaders
• C.O.D needs to be cleared on a daily basis. Incorrect clearing that needed to be reverse
• Send complaints to Accounts, Deliveries, Logistics and Fridges
• Send detail to customers that have landed in the controllers and Admin Department
• Resolve requests from Internal Departments, such as Controllers and Admin Departments
• Contact customers to inform them of the outcome

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric Certificate with Accounting
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in a financial administrative position
• 1-year Shared Service Centre/Customer Interaction Centre experience
• COUPA system,Get Paid, SAP and Salesforce system knowledge is advantages

Package & Remuneration

• Contract: July - December 2022
• Salary: R51 per hour 2 weeks of training, then R57 per hour
