Junior Creditors Clerk - Bramley at Impact

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Creditors Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable and maintaining good relationships with our suppliers.
• The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be organized, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling them with purchase orders
• Ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
• Maintaining vendor accounts and contact information
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures
• Providing support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to accounts payable

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
