Junior Digital Strategist at Salt South Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop digital strategies based on client briefs ensuring these are aligned with marketing/sales strategies.
• Develop omni-channel campaigns based on client briefs. Choosing relevant channels for execution.
• Develop, manage and measure digital media strategies on all online media platforms.
• Participate and run all client and internal strategy sessions – preparing presentations, compiling all documentation, attending meetings and taking comprehensive notes.
• Presenting strategies to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the design, content, social media, dev, account management and project management teams.
• Set measurable objectives to ensure campaigns are meeting the specified requirements.
• Research and development of the latest trends, benchmarks and best practices.
• Compile comprehensive monthly reporting for active channels and campaigns for each client.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma
• Digital agency experience is advantageous
• Proven expertise in omni-channel digital campaign development and execution
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Business, Google services, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in advanced reporting tools and insights
