Junior Frontend Developer at graylink

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing client designs using our in-house templating system and assisting our development team with various frontend tasks. Minimum Requirements    

Tech Stack

• Languages: HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript
• Libraries/Frameworks: jQuery
• Backend: Basic knowledge of ASP is a plus

Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with LESS or similar CSS pre-processors
• Basic understanding of jQuery and ASP
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively directly with clients, and technically internally
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience working in a frontend development role
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Previous experience with templating systems

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Design Implementation: Translate client's corporate design requirements into functional, maintainable frontend code using our in-house templating system
• Process Improvement: Own the client design process, continuously improving the methodologies and processes used to deliver high-quality, responsive web interfaces
• Team Support: Work alongside and provide support to other developers, contributing to various frontend tasks and problem-solving, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
• Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between our team and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of design expectations and deliverables, and ensuring accurate implementation
