Junior HR Manager: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

• This is an entry level position and the salary will be determined by working experience.
• Plus 50% contribution to a Medical Aid – not compulsory.

Desired experience and requirements:

• Practical HR experience in a generalist or officer role.
• Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, UIF).
• Strong administrative, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans – speak, read & write (non-negotiable).

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, support, training, administration, and terminations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, leave, attendance, and statutory compliance (UIF, COIDA).
• Assist with training and development, SETA administration, and HR projects.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and professionally.
