Main Purpose of the job:

The main purpose of a Junior Human Resources Officer is to support the human resources department and HR Manager in various administrative and operational tasks. The Junior HR Officer ensures that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function within the organization. This role involves handling a wide range of clerical duties, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Oce (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
