Duties & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations with ERP and other systems to interface with our in-house On Key Plus EAM system
Create and maintain standard and customized reports
Understand the system architecture and technical goals of the product
Identify and architect suitable solutions, resolve client issues, and provide general support based on client needs
Adhere to the Client Engagement Process, communicating progress updates to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle and verifying the completeness of solutions
Provide technical assistance by troubleshooting and solving incidents, creating test cases, and executing them before delivery
