Junior IT Support Technician (Milnertin/Century City) at ACDC Dynamics SA

Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technician, located in Cape Town.
• The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist with network setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Log, track, and update support requests through the helpdesk system.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT queries with excellent customer service.
• Support senior IT technicians with projects and system deployments.

Requirements

• A+ and N+ certifications .
• 2–3 years of IT support experience (remote and/or onsite).
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• NB. Must have a valid driver's license

Advantages (Optional)

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Exposure to IT asset management.
• Knowledge of basic network infrastructure (routers, switches, cabling).
