Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor inventory levels and manage the replenishment process for dark stores to ensure continuous product availability.
• Analyze sales data and inventory reports to forecast needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Collaborate with store staff to address any concerns and provide support as the primary contact point.
• Develop strategies to minimize waste and markdowns, optimizing inventory turnover.
• Identify potential returns and coordinate with the returns department to process them efficiently.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track stock movements and generate performance reports.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss inventory issues and develop solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences to anticipate demand changes.

• Retail Operations: Knowledge of retail operations, particularly in an e-commerce or dark store context, including sales forecasting and inventory replenishment. 

 Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in inventory management, retail planning, or a similar role
• BCom / BTech (Commercial or similar degree)
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite, SQL, GBQ.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
