RPO Recruitment’s client, a building and civil construction contractor is seeking a Junior Planner / Scheduler to join its team in Polokwane.
The successful candidate will assist with developing, monitoring and updating project programmes to support the timely and efficient execution of construction projects.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
Approximately 3 years' experience in construction planning and scheduling.
Experience working on building and civil construction projects.
Knowledge of construction programmes, project timelines and progress monitoring.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling software, preferably Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications and schedules.
Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Must be willing to be based in Polokwane.
