RPO Recruitment’s client, a construction contractor is seeking an experienced Sub Agent with a strong civil construction background and experience in building exterior works to join them in Polokwane.
This opportunity is suited to a hands-on construction professional with the ability to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
Approximately 5 years' relevant construction experience.
Strong civil construction experience, particularly with building exterior works.
Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination and construction progress monitoring.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of construction quality, safety and site procedures.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to be based in Polokwane.
