Junior Quantity Surveyor at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• Our client, a niche property development company based in Stellenbosch, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to grow within a well-established property development business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree, diploma or recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Registered with, or eligible to register with, the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)
• Minimum 5 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience within the property development or construction industry will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stellenbosch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with professional teams on various development projects.
• Prepare project feasibilities and cost estimates.
• Assist with budgeting, cost planning and cost control.
• Manage project costs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide support across various aspects of the business where required.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.

What We Offer:

• Salary of R40,000 – R45,000 per month (depending on experience).
