Junior Quantity Surveyor at Hire Resolve

Key Responsibilities:

• Review procurement documents, bills of quantities, and cost reports.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance and provide financial updates.
• Offer expert advice on quantity surveying matters.
• Manage invoicing, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Oversee project cash flows and assess progress at each stage.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally with government or healthcare projects.
• SACQSP registration preferred but not required.
• Strong skills in cost management, reporting, and contract administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
