    Junior Quantity Surveyor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with cost estimation and budgeting for projects
    • Manage procurement and subcontractor contracts
    • Monitor project costs and financial performance
    • Assist with site measurements and reporting
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

    Qualifications:

    • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
