Your Strategic Focus Areas

Sales

• Budgets – contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Customer service – assist at Point of Sale

Customer Experience

• Store atmosphere – ensure a professional environment
• Store look and feel – adherence to store disciplines, marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, knowledge of store layout

Store Disciplines and Productivity

• Merchandising - accurate shelf price ticketing and effective merchandising as per visual merchandise guidelines

Risk Management

• Stock - stock counts and product expiry checks
   

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 1+ Years retail sales experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Genuine interest in the Wellness brand and products
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
