Junior Sales Representative at Express Employment Professionals

• Our client is a growing business solutions company specialising in office printing technology, document management solutions and business equipment for SMEs and corporate clients across South Africa and are growing their team of sales representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be based in Cape Town
• Matric certificate
• Own transport (essential)
• Relevant qualification in sports management or sales management (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work in a competitive and target-driven environment
• Experience in office equipment, printing solutions, or B2B sales (advantageous)
• Demonstrated sales performance track record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and client engagement
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
• Research companies prior to meetings to understand their business needs
• Present printing and document solutions
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to potential clients
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert prospects into customers
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records
• Work toward achieving daily activity KPIs and monthly quote targets (15-20 quotes per month)
• Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall team performance and growth

Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 Monthly Basic Plus Commission
