Junior Sales / Trader (Junior Sales / Trade) at Emporium Human Capital

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide product and pricing information.
• Address customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process and manage orders accurately, efficiently, and timely.
• Meet/exceed sales targets.
• Assist the Senior Traders.
• Understand customer needs.

Skills:

• Must be a go-getter, have a passion for sales and customer service.
• Must be driven to reach targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Admin skills.

Qualifications:

• Matric.
• Strong knowledge of meat products, chicken, and cut specifications.
• Computer Literate - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of imports a plus but not essential.
• Must be prepared to travel.
• 25- 35 age.
