Job Description
Build strong partnerships and relationship with execution partners/ suppliers for relevant input and cutting-edge solutions (e.g.: sampling partners).
Stay abreast of and suggest the most cutting edge and most agile solutions to enhance execution quality and time – with a specific focus on company currencies/ benchmarks.
Develop an intimate understanding of all product positions, with a constant focus to elevate, enhance and modernise our offerings and approach.
Continuously look for and suggest solutions that will drive internal efficiencies and quality. Look for more modern and better ways to execute projects applying best practice across projects consistently.
Suggest solutions that will enable the correct and efficient checking and processing of data, with a specific focus on very large data sets.
Build a data warehouse for the purposes of examining trends and establishing future-facing strategies.
Have solid interpersonal skills and be tenacious in gathering information to identify the best solution.
Boost efficiency, reliability and speed of reporting with automation, suggest the use of software to assume control of processes.
Ensure professional delivery of data reports and insights to clients, in line with the company’s processes and quality standards.
An ability to translate clients’ requirements into research that meets the objectives; being involved in the research design.
Be comfortable to present to internal teams as well as clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
Tertiary Degree (BCom, BSc)
At least 1 year's experience
Own transport - Travel to clients where and when required. This can require/include travel to CT or KZN as an example.
Advantageous:
Python / R
SQL experience and database design
Handling of big data
Experience with dashboard and automated reporting
