    Junior UX Designer - Pretoria

    Key Responsibilities:

    User Research:

    • Conduct user research activities, such as interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
    • Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights.

    Wireframing and Prototyping:

    • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
    • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and stakeholder input.

    UI Design Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with UI designers to create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces.
    • Ensure design elements align with established user experience principles.

    Information Architecture:

    • Contribute to the creation and optimization of information architecture.
    • Organize and structure content to enhance user navigation and interaction.

    Usability Testing:

    • Plan and execute usability testing sessions, and analyze results to refine designs.
    • Work on continuous improvements based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and fellow designers.
    • Communicate design decisions effectively and justify choices based on user-centered principles.

    Tools and Technologies:

    • Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
    • Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies relevant to UX design.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer.
    • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design projects.
    • Proficiency in design tools and understanding of UX best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
