Junior Whole Goods Marketer - VKB Mechanization, Bethlehem at VKB Group

• We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Whole Goods Marketer to join our Mechanization team in Bethlehem.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with world-class CASE IH agricultural equipment while developing your skills in sales, customer relationships, precision farming technologies, and agricultural machinery.
• You will work closely with farmers and agricultural producers, helping them identify the right mechanization solutions to improve productivity and profitability.

What You Will Do

Sales & Customer Relationships

• Market and sell CASE IH tractors, combines, and other agricultural equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses.
• Identify customer needs and provide professional mechanization solutions.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and grow market share within the allocated area.
• Continuously develop new business opportunities.

Technical & Product Support

• Assist customers with equipment handovers and product demonstrations.
• Support the installation, setup, and programming of agricultural equipment.
• Stay current with new products, technologies, and precision farming solutions.
• Attend manufacturer and VKB training programmes.

Business Operations

• Assist with inventory planning and stock management.
• Ensure accurate administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate equipment logistics and delivery processes.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and risk management practices.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF 4.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Willingness to travel within the operational area.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing product and technical training.

Advantageous

• Experience selling CASE IH equipment.
• Knowledge of agricultural mechanization and precision farming practices.
• Relevant agricultural or technical qualification.
• Experience working directly with commercial farmers.
