    About the job

    • Lead strategic partnerships with key retail accounts to drive sustainable sales growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
    • Develop and execute joint business plans, including ranging, product launches, promotional activities, and growth initiatives.
    • Drive sell-out performance through effective commercial management, retail execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Manage account forecasting, inventory, and PSI to ensure optimal stock health and operational efficiency.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements and investment plans to maximize business outcomes and ROI.
    • Analyze market dynamics, customer performance, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Serve as the primary commercial owner of assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between retailer objectives and Xiaomi's business strategy.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related fiel
    • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within key smartphone brands in South Afric
    • Proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering sustainable business growth in South Afric
    • Strong commercial acumen with experience in business planning, negotiations, and P&L managemen
    • Solid understanding of retail operations, forecasting, inventory management, and sell-out driven business model
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
    • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partner
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation capabilitie
    • Existing relationships with key South African retailers will be an advantag
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environmen
