Key Account Manager

We are recruiting for several Key Account Managers for a Multinational FMCG, they are growing their market exponentially and created opportunities for High Performance Market Disrubtors to join their business.

• Do you understand the goals, drivers and needs of Retail Customers and how to increase revenue.
• Are you ready to go the extra mile, think strategically – doesn't get trapped in the weeds, excel in Joint Business Planning and negotiating Trading Terms.
• Do you promote working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Shopper and Category.
• Are you passionate about driving achievement of sales budgets, managing net revenue, operating income and trade expenditure.
• Most importantly do you have a passion for FMCG and do you have proven relationships with Buyers at Shoprite, Spar or Pick 'n Pay.

They also offer the opportunity to gain international experience (short term assignments) to learn from other markets.

To be successful in this role you will need at least:

• 5 years in a FMCG Key Accounts Management role in either Food or Personal Care Categories for Retail customers
• Our client will not consider individuals from other industries at this stage.
• Business Degree

(Note: We have roles based in Johannesburg and Durban at the moment - candidates without experience in FMCG and Key Accounts / Customer Management will not be considered for this role)
