Key Accounts and Client Relations Manager at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To manage key accounts, sales support and administration, client relationships and contract management across the various ER24 International business lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• To develop and leverage key client engagements to drive the execution of the sales and new business development strategy
• To drive and secure contractual renewals for existing accounts
• To develop, implement and pro-actively manage client retention and acquisition plans
• To lead and manage the team

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Relevant business related qualification in Sales or Business Development

DESIRED EDUCATION

• A relevant post graduate qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in key account management; within Private healthcare/Emergency medical services experience. Proven track record of Site Base Medical Services experience (or equivalent)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience in key account management and client relations, supporting businesses operating in Africa

• Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain client relationships (including mentorship and coaching of team members)
• Demonstrates an understanding of contract and service level agreement (SLA) management
• Demonstrate Business Acumen (including compiling budgets)
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct Market Research (including Competitor and business gap analysis)
• Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Relations Management Methodology
• Competent in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
